A Better, Bolder Banking Experience

Welcome to a bolder way to bank!

In January 2021, Unity One Credit Union will be upgrading our online and mobile banking experience. The information included in this page will serve as a guide for actions that members will need to take in order to experience a seamless transition.

The decision to upgrade our online and mobile banking systems is not one that the credit union takes lightly. We understand that this may cause interruption of services or inconveniences to our members. We are working hard to ensure this transition is as seamless as possible for both our members and Unity One team members.

Account Maintenance

All Online and Mobile Banking users will need to update their login username prior to the system conversion taking place. Members will no longer be able to use their member number as their login.

Online Banking users will need to select a username with a combination of at least seven letters and/or numbers.

This action needs to be completed by all members before December 31, 2020.

Debit Card On/Off Feature

The new Online and Mobile Banking platform will feature a new tool for members. After the conversion, members will be able to log into their account and have the ability to disable, or turn off, their debit card.

This feature is incredibly useful if it is feared that a member has lost their debit card or it has been stolen. No transactions will be approved for a debit card that has been turned off. 

The best part is, should a member find their debit card, you can simply log in and turn it back on!

Enhanced Bill Pay

We are excited to introduce a new and enhanced Bill Pay experience for Unity One members!

The new Bill Pay system will feature several enhancements to make paying bills through Online or Mobile Banking even easier!

  • Picture Pay - Pay bills by simply taking a picture of your bill! The payee is automatically added to your Bill Pay account.
  • Account to Account Transfers (A2A) - Seamlessly transfer money both from and to your Unity One accounts and accounts at other financial institutions.
  • Person to Person Transfers (P2P) - Send money to friends, relatives, co-workers - anyone, really - through P2P by using a phone number or email address.
  • Vault - Using Picture Pay's scanning technology, you can search your bills by keyword or amounts.

Bill Pay Payees

All current Bill Pay users will want to log in to the current Online Banking system and record all payee information for your bills from Bill Pay. When the conversion takes place, payee information will be lost. Payees can then be loaded into the new Bill Pay.

This action must be completed before December 31, 2020.


Spanish and English Language Options

When the new Online and Mobile Banking system launches, members will now have the ability to pick which language they would like to see after login.

Members will be able to choose between English and Spanish as their preferred language.
